Built in the USA: Ordering Made Simple, Manufacturing Done Right

National Manufacturing Week — Oct. 3–10

At AlumiTank, we don’t overcomplicate things. We build aluminum fuel tanks that work — and we build them right. National Manufacturing Week is our kind of celebration: people, precision and pride from the order desk to the weld booth.

Great manufacturing starts with clear specs. When an order comes in with an OEM number, we can pinpoint the exact aluminum fuel tank fast. No OEM? Your account manager can still ID what you need with a few photos, a completed measurement worksheet and basic chassis info like make, model and year.

That clarity flows straight to the floor. A complete worksheet records end-cap size, overall length seam-to-seam, and precise locations for the fill neck, draw tubes and sending units. Those inputs feed our design templates so engineering moves quickly and the shop cuts, forms and fits with confidence.

Every aluminum fuel tank we ship is designed, sourced and manufactured in the USA. We pressure-test for leaks, drop-test for strength, and inspect every weld by hand. Need straps, steps, brackets or special fittings? Tell us quantities and finish — polished, mill or powder coat — and we’ll build the package to match. If it’s for a Kenworth, Peterbilt or Freightliner, chances are it’s ready to ship. If we don’t have it — we’ll make it.

This approach isn’t new. Our family’s been in trucking since 1938 and we launched AlumiTank in 1989. We’ve spent decades building a Midwest supply chain that keeps material close and lead times short. It’s why dealers, fleets and owner-operators trust us for straight answers, quick turnaround and tanks that last. We back that with a 2-Year Limited Warranty.
